Get ready to see the world in a whole new way! In this creative 5-week experience, children ages 11-13 will explore how the brain and eyes work together to interpret the visual world around us. Each week, students will experiment with optical illusions, perspective, depth, movement, and perception while discovering how science can influence the way we see and understand images. As they explore the fascinating connections between art and the brain, students will create imaginative artworks that challenge the way we see things. In week 5, students will showcase their finished creations in a special mini exhibition celebrating their exploration of perception and visual discovery!
Runs: 5 weeks, meets every Saturday from 10 am to 12 pm
